All our deliveries are carried out by DPD and are fully trackable.

Returns Policy

Farm Wardrobe goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. Accordingly, Agri-Promotions Limited accepts returns and will refund payment if and when customers are disappointed by Agri-Promotions Limited merchandise for one of the following reasons: (a) the blank items themselves are materially flawed; (b) the quality of the decorating (i.e., the printing quality) is below a reasonable range of expectations; or (c) the design of the final product is materially different from the final design submitted by the customer.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you should notify Farm Wardrobe by telephone or email within 10 days of receiving the goods. Call us on 044 9664 755 in the Republic Of Ireland or UK 00353 449664755 and we will help you with your return.

When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. You are also responsible for the postage for the return parcel and we strongly recommend you send it by recorded post. If you are returning an item as a result of a mistake by Farm Wardrobe we will pay for the cost of postage for the return parcel (UK and Ireland only). Genuinely faulty goods will be credited in full for the item and return postage (UK and Ireland only).

We are unable to offer refunds on personalised embroidered products that have been incorrectly spelt as per the Farm Wardrobe Order Form.
